Our custom stain and lacquer shop was the natural outcome of our commitment to providing expert craftsmanship and care. A home isn’t truly complete without the accent colors and added dimension of its trim and doors. After struggling to find suppliers who could match our high standards for quality, we built our own dedicated internal facility.

Acclimation & Moisture ControlEvery project begins with proper acclimation inside our controlled shop environment. Materials are carefully stabilized before finishing begins to reduce movement, improve finish consistency, and create the foundation for a long-lasting result.
We do not rush materials directly into production. Proper acclimation helps protect against premature finish failure, uneven absorption, and seasonal movement.

Precision Sanding & Surface OptimizationA lasting finish depends on proper surface preparation. Using professional Festool sanding systems and dust extraction technology, we meticulously prepare each substrate to create a smooth, uniform surface ready for stain or coating application.
Our sanding process removes mill glaze, inconsistencies, and surface contamination while enhancing stain penetration and overall finish quality.
